(CCPA). This Notice is to provide you with information regarding our collection of consumer personal information. All terms are used in this Notice as defined in the CCPA or applicable regulations thereunder.

Subject to certain exceptions and limitations, personal information is any information that directly or indirectly identifies, describes, relates to, is capable of being associated with, or can reasonably link to a particular consumer or household. The categories of personal information that we collect and the description of each of those categories are set forth in the table below:

Personal Identifiers

Personal identifiers may include, without limitation, name, signature, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, driver’s license or state identification card number, education, employment, employment history, or other similar information.

Characteristics of Protected Classifications

Characteristics of protected classifications may include, without limitation, race, religion, gender, national origin and/or sexual orientation.

Commercial Information

Commercial information may include, without limitation, records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained or considered, or other purchasing or consumer history or tendencies.

Biometric Information, Auditory, Olfactory and Similar Information

Biometric, auditory, olfactory and similar information may include, without limitation, physiological, biological, or behavioral characteristics to establish an individual’s identity. Such information includes, but is not limited to, images face and voice recordings, keystroke patterns, sleep, health, exercise data and/or information relating to the senses.

Internet Activity Information

Internet or other electronic network activity information may include, without limitation, browsing history, search history, and information regarding interaction with an internet website, application or advertisement.

Geolocation Data

Geolocation data may include, without limitation, current and historical physical location including the country, state, city, zip code, address and/or location over time.

Professional or Employment-Related Information

Professional or employment-related information may include, without limitation, current and past employers or professional associations, industry and income.

Education Information

Education information may include, without limitation, education history and field(s) of study.

Inferences

Inferences drawn from other personal information described herein to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

The business or commercial purpose(s) for which we collect and use the categories of personal information specified above is to identify you, establish and maintain your rewards account, and provide you with opportunities (and/or in the furtherance of on-going opportunities) for you to earn rewards or other benefits through our consumer rewards services. Such opportunities may include cashback shopping, offers, quizzes, surveys, search, watching video and other online and offline activities. In addition, we may collect and use these categories of information in order to provide and share such information with selected service providers and third parties, such as research firms, advertising networks, internet service providers, data analytics providers, government entities, operating systems and platforms, social networks, and consumer data resellers from time to time for our or for such service provider’s or third party’s business or commercial purposes.

Starting January 1, 2022, and updated each year thereafter (if and as required by the CCPA), Adquizition will publish a summary of statistical data pertaining to the following categories of California-resident consumer privacy requests: (1) “Requests to Know”, (2) “Requests to Delete”, and (3) “Requests to Opt-Out of Sale”. The statistical data Adquizition will publish will include: (A) the number of requests Adquizition received in each category of California-resident consumer privacy request, (B) the number such requests that Adquizition complied with in (in whole or in part), (C) the number of such requests which Adquizition denied and (D) the median number of days within which such requests were responded to.
